FRESH COCONUT CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 can cream of coconut
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (12 oz.) fresh frozen coconut

Make cake mix according to directions in 2 round pans. Place holes in one layer. Pour half of cream of coconut. Spread with Cool Whip, then sprinkle with coconut. Repeat for second layer.
