FRESH COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box deluxe Duncan Hines cake mix (white) Mix as directed. Bake in two 9 inch pans. 1 pkg. powdered sugar (sifted) 1 tsp. vanilla 3 or 4 tbsp. sour cream 2 sm. pkgs. frozen fresh coconut, thawed Beat together. You may judge the amount of cream and coconut. Spread between the layers and top of warm cake. Let set, ice with Divinity Icing (never fail) Refrigerate. Note: box cake mix is great if you eat it soon. |
