APRICOT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
7 oz. jar apricot baby food with tapioca
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat together eggs, sugar and oil. Blend in rest of ingredients. Bake in greased 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese

Combine until well blended.
