ORANGE PIZZA 
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, thawed
2 pizza dough rounds
2 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
Butter
8 lg. oranges, peeled and sectioned (or canned mandarin oranges)
1 c. pecan pieces
1 c. flaked coconut
Cinnamon

Blend cornstarch, sugar, and orange juice concentrate in pan. Cook over low heat until thickened and clear. Cool slightly. Place dough on ungreased pans and brush with butter. Spread half of orange sauce on each. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over top. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. May be served hot or cold.
