PIZZA ON A CRACKER 
36 melba toast rounds or dry crisp crackers
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
3 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. basil

Place crackers on uncoated paper plate. Spread 1/2 teaspoon tomato paste on each cracker. Top each with 1 slice pepperoni, 1 teaspoon shredded cheese; sprinkle with basil. Microwave at high 30-60 seconds, or until cheese is melted, rotating plate 1/4 turn after 20 seconds. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Yield: 36 crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
