1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
2 cans slices peaches in juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour peaches and juice into about a 9x11 inch baking dish. Pour cake mix over peaches evenly. Cut stick of butter in little squares and place evenly over cake mix. Bake 20 or 30 minutes (ovens may vary) or until top is golden brown.
