LEMON DESSERT 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. butter
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix flour, sugar, and butter as for pie crust and pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar well and pour into cooled crust.

LEMON FILLING:

1 can Thank You brand or 2 (3 oz.) lemon pudding

Make lemon pudding according to package directions and cool. Pour pudding or Thank You filling on top of cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate until ready to serve.
