CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
3 1/2 c. cranberries, fresh, washed, sorted
2 c. oranges, fresh
2 c. sugar, granulated

Put cranberries through food grinder or chopper to grind fine. Set aside for use later. Cut oranges into quarter; remove seeds. Coarse grind through food grinder or chopper. Set aside. Combine cranberries, oranges, and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1 quart.
