CRANBERRY AND ORANGE RELISH 
2 c. raw cranberries
1 lg. orange
3/4 c. sugar

Put cranberries through medium blade of food chopper. Remove seeds from orange and grind the pulp and rind. (If rind of orange is thick, you may wish to remove some of the white.) Mix sugar with cranberry/orange mixture. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
