CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 med. whole oranges
2 c. sugar

Grind the cranberries and oranges; remove seeds from oranges, in food processor. Stir in sugar. Cover and place in the refrigerator, stirring once a day for 3 days. Use as a compote for meats and poultry. It's delicious. Will keep refrigerated for several weeks or can be frozen. Makes an excellent gift during the holidays.
