NOODLE GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. noodles
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes (2 1/2 c.)
1 can vegetable soup plus water
1 can mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook noodles in salted water 10 minutes. Rinse with hot water; drain well. Brown chopped onion and ground beef in butter. Add flour and brown again. Add tomatoes, soup, water, mushrooms, seasonings and sauce; mix well. Add noodles to meat mixture and bake, uncovered for 1/2 hour at 375 degrees.
