$10, 000 CASSEROLE 
8 oz. noodles, fine
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. chopped onion
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mixed nuts, chopped
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Cook noodles and place in 3 quart casserole. Brown meat and onion and layer over noodles. Mix soup, milk, soy sauce, mushrooms, pepper and Worcestershire and pour over meat mixture. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Top with nuts and Chinese noodles and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more. Serves 8 to 10.
