AUNT EDNA'S CHOWMEIN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 c. celery 1 green pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 cans chicken rice soup 2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 can Chinese noodles Brown beef with celery, pepper and onion in frying pan. Stir in soups and 1/3 can Chinese noodles, simmer mixture for 5 minutes. Grease 3 quart casserole. Put meat mixture into casserole then add remaining noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
