BROCCOLI - CHEESE SOUP 
6 c. water
Broccoli
1 med. to lg. onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. sliced American cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. half and half (but can use milk)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 cold water

Bring water to boil; add chopped broccoli and onion. Boil for 15 minutes. DO NOT DRAIN. Lower heat; add seasoning and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Add milk and butter; stir and heat until boiling. Slowly add flour and water mixture while stirring. Cook and stir until soup is like heavy cream.
