EMERALD CHIFFON 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (don't drain off juice)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. Jello pistachio instant pudding
1 lg. size Cool Whip

Combine pineapple, marshmallows and instant pudding. Stir until thoroughly mixed and slightly thick. Blend in Cool Whip. Serve immediately, or refrigerate overnight. Freezes well.
