RALLY SALAD 
2 c. hot water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
2 c. shredded carrots
2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion

Add hot water to the gelatin and let cool. Add remaining ingredients to gelatin, place in mold or 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until firm. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
