CHOCOLATE PIE | |
6 eggs 8 tbsp. melted butter, cooled 2 1/4 c. sugar, mix with 8 tbsp. cocoa 1 c. chopped pecans Dash of salt 2 (9 inch) pie crusts; bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. Beat eggs. Add sugar, butter, cocoa, and salt. Stir well and add nuts. Pour into pie crusts and bake. Cool. Serve with whipped cream topping, if desired. Cut small pieces as this is very rich. |
