CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
Pinch salt
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
Sifted powdered sugar (optional)
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell

Combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until pie is set. Cool. (Lightly sift powdered sugar over pie, if desired.
