CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
7 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can Pet evaporated milk
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine sugar, salt, cocoa. Mix vanilla, milk, eggs, and butter together. Add cocoa mixture. Mix well. Add coconut and pecans. Pour into 3 uncooked shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
