FRIDAY SOUP 
3 qt. water
3 med. carrots, cut into pieces
1 lg. onion, cut into pieces
2 cans celery soup
1 vegetarian cube
2 stalks celery, cut into pieces
3 med. potatoes, cut into pieces
1 c. frozen peas (optional)
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Make in a 6-quart pan. Bring all ingredients to a boil, then cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Makes 4 quarts.
