STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
Crust for deep 9 inch pie
3 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
2 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. orange juice

In a large bowl, mix all the pie ingredients well. Pour into prepared pie crust. Dot with butter and put on top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes or until pie is done.
