CORN CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Beat 2 eggs. Add sour cream. whole kernel corn, cream style corn and butter. Stir after adding each. Last add 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix. Pour into greased dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
