BUTTER HORN ROLLS 
1-2 yeast cakes
1/2 c. butter
2 scant tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten well
1 1/2 c. milk
6 1/2 c. flour, approx.

Mix ingredients to make a dough. Let rise and divide into 2 parts. On floured board, roll out like pie crust and cut in 16 pie shaped pieces. Starting with the large end roll up and place on greased cookie sheet with pointed end tucked under. Let rise until light. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
