LASAGNA | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1 c. garlic flavored barbecue sauce 1 lb. ricotta cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. salt 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained 8 oz. natural, low moisture part skim Mozzarella cheese slices 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Brown meat, drain. Stir in sauces. Combine cheeses (ricotta and cream), egg, parsley, and salt. Layer 1/3 noodles, then ricotta mixture, then meat. Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serves 12. |
