KEEPING CORN | |
Cut raw corn from cob. Put in dish pan with some water and cook until grains lose their milky look and are translucent. Set dish pan in cold water in sink, stir occasionally until cool, box it, along with liquid and freeze, no exact timing is needed. Just heat until corn loses milky look. Use only enough water to prevent sticking and stir. Chill and freeze. |
