2 c. cut up cooked turkey
1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or high 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean. Cook 30-35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. It makes its own crust. 6-8 servings.
