PORK CHOP SPECIAL 
2 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. oil
2 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cubes beef bouillon
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Dredge chops in flour, brown in hot oil in medium skillet. Combine cheese, salt, and pepper; sprinkle with cheese mixture over chops. Arrange potatoes over meat; sprinkle with cheese mix. Arrange onion on top. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Stir in lemon juice, and pour over onions. Sprinkle remaining cheese mixture on top. Cover and simmer 40 minutes or until chops are done. May need to add a little more water.
