PORK CHOPS & SPAGHETTI | |
6 pork chops 4 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. onion, minced 15 oz. Hunts tomato sauce 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 env. spaghetti sauce mix (French's Italian style) 3/4 c. water 8 oz. cooked spaghetti 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Melt 2 tablespoons in large skillet, add chops and brown. (Cook spaghetti while browning.) Remove cooked chops and keep warm. Add onion to skillet and brown. Add tomato sauce, dry spaghetti mix, water and Parmesan cheese. Heat until bubbles. Put spaghetti in 13 x 9 inch pan and mix about 1/2 of sauce mixture in it. Place chops on and spread rest of mixture over it. Sprinkle on Mozzarella. Place under broiler until cheese melts (approximately 2 minutes). Yummy! |
