CHOCOLATE MINT BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 square chocolate
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt together the butter and chocolate. Add remaining ingredients. Spread in 9"x13" pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill.

FILLING;
1/2 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Green food coloring (5 drops)

Beat together butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add flavoring and coloring. Spread over crust and chill.

TOPPING:

3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Melt together. Spread on top. Cut before chocolate gets too hard or it will crack.
