BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 bunch broccoli spears, cooked tender crisp
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1 stack crackers, crushed

Saute onion in butter. Mix together eggs, mayonnaise, cheese, mushroom soup and drained mushrooms. Place broccoli in baking dish; pour mixture over top. Melt butter and mix crushed crackers together; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
