CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING COOKIES 
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/3 c. instant pudding chocolate or vanilla
5 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. chocolate chips
About 2 c. chopped walnuts

Blend flour and soda; set aside. In mixing bowl with paddle attachment cream butter, sugars, and pudding, mix until blended. Add eggs and vanilla, beat to blend. Gradually add flour mixture. Blend. Stir in chocolate chips (and walnuts if you like). Use a #40 scoop, place cookies on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees moderate oven, for about 12 minutes until light brown.

P.S. Be sure to mash cookies with a fork before you bake them. This makes about 96 cookies, if you use the scoop.
