CHICKEN PAPRIKA (Hungarian) 
4 lb. chicken
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Lemon juice

Cut chicken into pieces, rub chicken pieces well with lemon juice. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Roll chicken in mixture. Brown chicken in 1/4 cup hot oil. Then arrange chicken in a well greased baking dish.

Pour 1 cup of sour cream over chicken and sprinkle with chopped onion. Cover and cook at 325 degrees until tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
