BECKY'S LEMON JELLO SURPRISE 
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon Jello

Mix and partly chill.

Stir in: 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drain, save juice

When congealed, make sauce as follows: 2 eggs, beaten well 2 tbsp. flour Pineapple juice left from crushed pineapple

Cook on low heat until thickened. Beat or stir in 1 stick of butter cut up in small pieces. Add 2 (3 oz.) packages of cream cheese. Spread over congealed Jello. Top with chopped pecans.
