CHICKEN MADRAS 
3 c. cooked chicken
2 stalks sliced celery
1 c. seedless grapes
3 tbsp. walnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
Dash curry powder
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Chop cooked chicken into small cubes. In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, celery, grapes and walnuts. In a separate bowl mix together mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fold mayonnaise mixture into chicken. Serve on a bed of lettuce. May be served room temperature or cold. Serves 6.
