BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. breakfast sausage
6 slices bread
1/2 stick melted butter
6 eggs
2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook sausage until brown and crumbly. Drain. Remove crusts from bread and break into pieces. Mix butter with bread. Layer bread, sausage and cheese in 9x13 inch baking dish.

Combine eggs, half & half, salt and mustard in bowl and mix well. Pour over layers. Chill overnight. Bake in hot 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or until set and brown.
