MARY'S GREEK SALAD 
1 bunch leaf lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 bunch scallions
2 tsp. fresh chopped dill
Salt and pepper to taste

DRESSING:

1/3 c. olive oil
Juice of half fresh lemon
Crumbled feta cheese
Greek olives (optional)

Cut lettuce, tomatoes and scallions as you would for regular salad. Put into large bowl. Add salt, pepper and dill; mix together. Mix olive oil and juice in container. Shake well and pour over salad. Toss lightly and serve. Serves 4 people.
