1 lb. box Confectioners sugar 3 c. Rice Krispies 1 stick butter, melted 16 oz. crunchy peanut butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 3 tbsp. salad oil Put all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in large bowl. Mix well and form into balls. Refrigerate on cookie sheet for at least 1 hour. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler, add 3 tbsp. salad oil. Coat balls and refrigerate again for 1 hour. |
