PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 sm. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
3/4 c. uncooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together hamburger, onion, bell pepper, rice, salt and pepper. Form into small balls. Mix tomato sauce, allspice, vinegar into 2 1/2 to 3 cups water. Bring to boil and add meatballs. Cook until done (about 1 hour) on low heat.
