2 c. Mexican meat mix
4 flour tortillas
Lettuce, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Sour cream, optional

Heat meat in microwave or on stove. In a skillet warm each tortilla on both sides being careful not to get them hard or heat each tortilla between paper towels 20 seconds. Let each person build a taco with meat and remaining ingredients. Fold taco with one side toward center and roll into cylinder. Serves 4.
