ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. zucchini, chopped finely
1/4 c. onion, chopped finely
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped finely
1/2 c. pepperoni, chopped finely
1 tsp. parsley, chopped finely
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick

Add parsley, milk, salt, pepper, 2 eggs, Parmesan cheese and Bisquick. Bake in a greased 9"x13" pan at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
