1 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. milk Using a small pan, bring the butter, brown sugar and milk to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool slightly, then add sifted powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer until smooth enough to spread. | |

This was so easy and it looks great after being chilled. I made the banana nut bread from scratch from my Gma's recipe, but added the icing to put a twist on it. She love it. The student has surpassed the teacher = )
