CRUNCHY ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. Rice Chex cereal, crushed
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/2 to 3/4 gallon vanilla ice cream

Melt butter and brown sugar together. Add cereal, coconut, and pecans. Sprinkle half of mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Spread softened ice cream over mixture. Sprinkle remaining mixture on top. Freeze.
