CRUSTY CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
1 tbsp. oil 1/2 onion, chopped 1 lb. ground beef 20 1/2 oz. mushroom spaghetti sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 lb. fine noodles, cooked 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated Cook onion in oil until golden. Add meat and brown. Add mushroom sauce, 1/2 of cheese and salt. Heat. Stir into strained noodles in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees until cheese is nicely browned. Serves 6-8. |
