AUNT BETTY'S HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. fresh lean ground pork
3 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. dry mustard

Combine and mix well all first 8 ingredients. Form into loaf. Place in baking pan. Pour 1/2 sauce over loaf. (What a difference that sauce makes!) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes. Slice and serve pouring pan juices over sliced meat.
