CAROL'S STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. beef cubes
1 sm. onion, sliced
2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) beef broth
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
4 beef bouillon cubes
4 tbsp. oil
4 to 5 lg. red potatoes, cut up sm.
1 (16 oz.) bag carrots (frozen)
1 (16 oz.) bag string beans (frozen)

In a 4 to 6 quart pot simmer oil. Coat beef cubes in flour, then simmer in oil until brown. Add 2 cans beef broth, 2 cups water, 1 can tomato sauce, 4 beef bouillon cubes and gravy mix. Add in onion and potatoes (cut up small). Simmer one hour, then add carrots and string beans. Simmer one more hour.
