ONION CHEESE BREAD 
3 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. muffin corn mix
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Saute onions in butter. Prepare corn muffin mix substituting cream corn for the milk. Put in a greased baking dish (9 x 7 x 2 inches). Top with sauteed onions. Spread with sour cream and then with grated cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. 6-8 servings.
