POTATOES VERDE 
8 c. diced potatoes
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar
1 c. shredded Monterey cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
12 oz. Ortega chilies (mild Ananheim), diced
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and place in greased 8"x8" pan. Microwave on medium 20 minutes or bake in convection oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, or until potatoes are done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
