1 - 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts 1 lg. green pepper 1 med. onion 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce Olive oil Optional spices: Garlic, basil, oregano Cut chicken into small bite-size pieces. Cover the bottom of a large frying pan with olive oil. Brown chicken in olive oil for about 8 minutes. Add sliced pepper and onion to chicken and brown another 2-3 minutes. Add any additional spices. Then add 1 (32 oz.) jar of spaghetti sauce. Cover mixture and slowly simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over freshly cooked spaghetti. |
