STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 pkg. mushrooms, wash and remove and chop stems
4 oz. cream cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
Some garlic powder
Some bread crumbs (about 1/2 cup)
Some Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Some milk

Melt butter and saute onion, mushroom stems and cream cheese. Add bread crumbs (enough to make a thick but moist paste.) Add garlic powder. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.

Put some milk on the bottom of a baking pan; put stuffed mushrooms in pan, top each with a little Mozzarella slice. Bake at 350 degrees (preheated) for 20 minutes.
