RED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
1 bell pepper, diced
2 onions
3 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Place chops in a small amount of oil and brown. Remove from pan. Saute onions and bell pepper. Add 2 cans of stewed tomatoes. Be sure to mash any large pieces. Stir well.

Place chops back in pan. Spoon mixture over chops. Add remaining can of tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Cover pan. Simmer on low until chops are very tender. Serve with rice or baked potatoes and French bread.
